About AFH Provider
The home is operated by Susie Nguyen. She holds a Home Care Aide and Surgical Technologist license. Susie lives on site and is the main caregiver who is very involved in making sure your loved one is safe and happy. She has been operating the home a little over 2 years, and speaks limited to moderate Vietnamese and fluent in English.
All staff members are current with required certificates/licenses such as;Â Food Handler's, CPR/First Aide, Nurse Delegation for Diabetes and Medications, Dementia and Mental Health certificates, CNA/HCA license
